1. Who processes your data

The controller is Perfect Escorts, a platform based in New Zealand that provides its service in Latin America and the Caribbean. For any personal data matter: the contact form on the website or the support in your panel. As we do not direct the service to the European Union or the United Kingdom, we have no representative there; if you write to us from those countries, we handle your rights through these same channels.

2. What data we process and why

• If you visit the website: your IP address and approximate location (security and each country's restrictions), the necessary cookies and, only if you accept them, the analytics cookies.
• If you are a client: your account, your searches, favourites, bookings (with the services you ask for in them), payments, messages and ratings, to provide the service, charge you, protect you and the platform, and keep proof of what you accept. From what you spend each month we calculate your status (from Bronze to Diamond), which you see in your panel; and from how the models rate you after each appointment, a score from 0 to 100 that only the administration team and the model of your request or booking see, to protect their safety and the quality of the service. Your score does not appear in your panel: if you ask for it in writing, we give it to you (point 5). Only if you turn on personalised recommendations, also your habits on the website and the approximate city you connect from (we work it out from your IP, which we do not keep for this), to recommend models and offers near you; places are kept for up to 72 months and deleted if you withdraw that consent.
• If you are a model: your identity and your document, your selfie or a verification video call, your profile (photos, services, rates, availability and city), your bookings, messages and payments, to verify that you are of legal age before publishing, to publish your profile, to manage your activity and to comply with the law. If your plan includes it, the contact details you choose to show to signed-in clients, one by one and with the approval of the administration team.
• For everyone: security and the prevention of fraud, trafficking, exploitation and the involvement of minors, and responding to the authorities when the law requires it.
• Usage figures, anonymous: we count which screens and which actions are used each day, to know what to improve, what is unnecessary and what is missing. To count distinct people we use a fingerprint that changes every day and is deleted that same night: we do not store your account, your email, your IP or what you write, and afterwards no one can tell whose it was. Only totals per day, role and screen remain, for 13 months, and they are not used to decide anything about you.

3. Sensitive data: providing them is optional

Almost everything you do here may reveal data about your sex life, which the law protects specially; some features of a model's profile are also sensitive. You are not obliged to give us sensitive data: no sensitive field in the forms is mandatory, and what your own use of the service reveals is processed only with your express authorisation.

4. Who we share them with

With the providers that render services to us (hosting, email, bot detection and, if you accept it, analytics), under contract and only for that; with models and clients, what is necessary for a booking (never your email or your telephone, unless you give them yourself); and with the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. The list of providers, with their country, is in the Personal Data Processing Policy (§7 and §8).

5. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can know (including your client score), update, rectify and delete your data, ask for proof of your authorisation, withdraw it, object to marketing, take your data with you and complain to the authority. Write to us using the contact form on the website or the support in your panel. It is free. We answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days at most, and sooner if the law of your country requires it.

5 bis. Closing your account (erasure of your data)

You can close your account yourself from your dashboard, under Security → “Close my account”, with your password; we will send you an email to confirm it. If you have a booking, a payment or a balance pending, you must settle it first.

• Once you confirm, your account is closed immediately: you cannot log in, your profile is no longer shown and you receive no more emails.
• For 30 days you can come back with the link in the email, and your account stays exactly as it was.
• After 30 days, we delete your profile, your photos, your preferences and your trail, and remove your name, email and phone number from your account; your bookings and payments are kept without your identity.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep: your signatures and consents, your age verification (your document and your selfie, encrypted), the accounting records and the record of your closure (when and how it happened, with your identity encrypted), protected, never used publicly and for the legal period (§9 of the Processing Policy).

6. How long we keep them

What is necessary for each purpose and what the law requires us to keep. The periods for each type of data are in the Personal Data Processing Policy (§9).

7. The original copies we keep of models

If you are a model, we keep separately, outside what is published, an unblurred copy of each photo you blur, your identity document and your verification selfie: to check your identity and your age, to correct the blurring if necessary (we let you know) and to prove to an authority that the person published is you. Only the administration team sees them, and every time someone opens one it is recorded. They are handed over only to a competent public or administrative authority that requests them in the exercise of its legal functions, or by court order. Period: while your account is active; when you close it, or if your application is rejected, the original photos are deleted after 30 days, and the document and the selfie are kept encrypted for the limitation period of the legal actions in which they may serve as proof of your identity and age (in Colombia, up to 10 years), and then deleted. 8. Where to read the full policy and how we notify you of changes

The full Personal Data Processing Policy can be opened from the links in the sign-up and from your panel, with all its versions. Every change creates a new version: the next time you log in we show you what changes and, to keep using your account, you sign it again (you can read it on the same screen); your previous signature is kept.
