Perfect Escorts Privacy Notice Version 2026-10-27 · In force from 27 October 2026 · The English version prevails (point 9).

If there is any difference between the language versions, this English version prevails (point 9).

1. Who processes your data

The controller is Perfect Escorts, a platform based in New Zealand that provides its service in Latin America and the Caribbean. For any personal data matter: the contact form on the website or the support in your panel. As we do not direct the service to the European Union or the United Kingdom, we have no representative there; if you write to us from those countries, we handle your rights through these same channels.

Legal basis. New Zealand (the seat): Privacy Act 2020, principle 3. Colombia: Law 1581 of 2012, art. 12, letter d; Decree 1377 of 2013, art. 15, no. 1. EU: GDPR, arts. 13.1, letters a and b, and 27. Panama: Executive Decree 285 of 2021, art. 16 (layered information). USA (California): Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b).

2. What data we process and why

• If you visit the website: your IP address and approximate location (security and each country's restrictions), the necessary cookies and, only if you accept them, the analytics cookies.
• If you are a client: your account, your searches, favourites, bookings (with the services you ask for in them), payments, messages and ratings, to provide the service, charge you, protect you and the platform, and keep proof of what you accept. From what you spend each month we calculate your status (from Bronze to Diamond), which you see in your panel; and from how the models rate you after each appointment, a score from 0 to 100 that only the administration team and the model of your request or booking see, to protect their safety and the quality of the service. Your score does not appear in your panel: if you ask for it in writing, we give it to you (point 5). Only if you turn on personalised recommendations, also your habits on the website and the approximate city you connect from (we work it out from your IP, which we do not keep for this), to recommend models and offers near you; places are kept for up to 72 months and deleted if you withdraw that consent.
• If you are a model: your identity and your document, your selfie or a verification video call, your profile (photos, services, rates, availability and city), your bookings, messages and payments, to verify that you are of legal age before publishing, to publish your profile, to manage your activity and to comply with the law. If your plan includes it, the contact details you choose to show to signed-in clients, one by one and with the approval of the administration team.
• For everyone: security and the prevention of fraud, trafficking, exploitation and the involvement of minors, and responding to the authorities when the law requires it.
• Usage figures, anonymous: we count which screens and which actions are used each day, to know what to improve, what is unnecessary and what is missing. To count distinct people we use a fingerprint that changes every day and is deleted that same night: we do not store your account, your email, your IP or what you write, and afterwards no one can tell whose it was. Only totals per day, role and screen remain, for 13 months, and they are not used to decide anything about you.

The full list, with the legal basis of each use, is in the Personal Data Processing Policy (§3 and §5).

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 4, letter b, and 12, letter a; Decree 1377, art. 15, no. 2. EU: GDPR, art. 13.1, letters c and e. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a)(1). Usage figures: Colombia: Law 1581, art. 4, letters b and c; EU: GDPR, recital 26 and art. 6.1(f); Brazil: LGPD, art. 12.

3. Sensitive data: providing them is optional

Almost everything you do here may reveal data about your sex life, which the law protects specially; some features of a model's profile are also sensitive. You are not obliged to give us sensitive data: no sensitive field in the forms is mandatory, and what your own use of the service reveals is processed only with your express authorisation.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 5, 6 and 12, letter b; Decree 1377, arts. 6 and 15 (last paragraph: the notice states that answering questions about sensitive data is optional). EU: GDPR, art. 9.1 and 9.2, letter a. Panama: Law 81 of 2019, arts. 4, no. 11, and 13. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121.

4. Who we share them with

With the providers that render services to us (hosting, email, bot detection and, if you accept it, analytics), under contract and only for that; with models and clients, what is necessary for a booking (never your email or your telephone, unless you give them yourself); and with the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. The list of providers, with their country, is in the Personal Data Processing Policy (§7 and §8).

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 13 and 26. EU: GDPR, arts. 13.1, letters e and f, 28 and 44 to 49. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.120.

5. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can know (including your client score), update, rectify and delete your data, ask for proof of your authorisation, withdraw it, object to marketing, take your data with you and complain to the authority. Write to us using the contact form on the website or the support in your panel. It is free. We answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days at most, and sooner if the law of your country requires it.

Legal basis. New Zealand (the seat): Privacy Act 2020, principles 6 and 7, and part 5 (complaints to the Privacy Commissioner). Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 8, 14, 15 and 16; Decree 1377, art. 15, no. 3. EU: GDPR, arts. 12 to 22 and 77. Panama: Law 81, arts. 15 to 18. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §§1798.100 to 1798.130. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, ss. 8, 10 and 11.

5 bis. Closing your account (erasure of your data)

You can close your account yourself from your dashboard, under Security → “Close my account”, with your password; we will send you an email to confirm it. If you have a booking, a payment or a balance pending, you must settle it first.

• Once you confirm, your account is closed immediately: you cannot log in, your profile is no longer shown and you receive no more emails.
• For 30 days you can come back with the link in the email, and your account stays exactly as it was.
• After 30 days, we delete your profile, your photos, your preferences and your trail, and remove your name, email and phone number from your account; your bookings and payments are kept without your identity.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep: your signatures and consents, your age verification (your document and your selfie, encrypted), the accounting records and the record of your closure (when and how it happened, with your identity encrypted), protected, never used publicly and for the legal period (§9 of the Processing Policy).

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 8(e) and 15. EU: GDPR, art. 17. Panama: Law 81, art. 15. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.105.

6. How long we keep them

What is necessary for each purpose and what the law requires us to keep. The periods for each type of data are in the Personal Data Processing Policy (§9).

Legal basis. Colombia: Decree 1377, art. 11. EU: GDPR, arts. 5.1, letter e, and 13.2, letter a. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a)(3).

7. The original copies we keep of models

If you are a model, we keep separately, outside what is published, an unblurred copy of each photo you blur, your identity document and your verification selfie: to check your identity and your age, to correct the blurring if necessary (we let you know) and to prove to an authority that the person published is you. Only the administration team sees them, and every time someone opens one it is recorded. They are handed over only to a competent public or administrative authority that requests them in the exercise of its legal functions, or by court order. Period: while your account is active; when you close it, or if your application is rejected, the original photos are deleted after 30 days, and the document and the selfie are kept encrypted for the limitation period of the legal actions in which they may serve as proof of your identity and age (in Colombia, up to 10 years), and then deleted. The details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy, §9.1.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 4, letters b, f and g, 10, letter a, and 13, letter b. EU: GDPR, arts. 6.1, letters c and f, and 9.2, letter f.

8. Where to read the full policy and how we notify you of changes

The full Personal Data Processing Policy can be opened from the links in the sign-up and from your panel, with all its versions. Every change creates a new version: the next time you log in we show you what changes and, to keep using your account, you sign it again (you can read it on the same screen); your previous signature is kept.

Legal basis. Colombia: Decree 1377, arts. 13 and 15, no. 4. EU: GDPR, art. 7.1. USA: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(3).

In short

• The controller of your data is Perfect Escorts, based in New Zealand. For privacy matters, write to us using the contact form on the website or the support in your panel (each request becomes a ticket).
• The platform is only for people aged 18 or over.
• Almost everything you do here (what you search for, save, book, write or publish) can reveal data about your sex life, which the law protects in a special way. That is why we ask for your express consent and explain each use. No sensitive field in the forms is mandatory.
• Personalised recommendations and commercial emails are optional: each is switched on in its own box and withdrawn with one click.
• We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
• The platform does not show models your email or your phone number. Only if you write to a model through WhatsApp or Telegram, on the profiles where the administration team has enabled that contact, will she see your number or your username.
• You can ask to see, correct, delete or take away your data, and withdraw your consent.
• We keep proof of what you accept (the text, its version and the date), and you can download the text.
• If you are a client, your status (from Bronze to Diamond) comes from what you spend each month and you can see it in your panel; your score from 0 to 100 comes from how the models rate you and is only seen by the administration team and the model of your request or booking. If you ask for it in writing, we will give it to you.

1. Who the controller is

Legal basis. New Zealand (the seat): Privacy Act 2020, principle 3 and s. 201. Colombia: Law 1581 of 2012, art. 12, letter d; Decree 1377 of 2013, art. 13, no. 1; Decree 1074 of 2015, art. 2.2.2.25.4.4 (area handling requests). EU: GDPR, arts. 13.1, letters a and b, 27 and 37. Panama: Executive Decree 285 of 2021, art. 43 (data protection officer, voluntary). USA (California): Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b).

2. Who it applies to

Perfect Escorts is a platform for publishing profiles for dates between adults. Models publish their own profile, and clients search, save favourites, write and request bookings. The platform publishes the profiles and manages booking requests and their payments, but it does not take part in the meetings: whatever happens on a date is the responsibility of those who arrange it (Terms and Conditions, §3). This policy applies to visitors (people without an account), clients and models, in every language and country from which the platform is used.

As Perfect Escorts is based in New Zealand, its privacy law (Privacy Act 2020) applies to all processing, also outside New Zealand; and the law of the country where you live also applies when it protects you (§17).

Legal basis. New Zealand: Privacy Act 2020, s. 4. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 2. EU: GDPR, art. 3.2, and recitals 23 and 24. Panama: Law 81 of 2019, art. 5; Executive Decree 285, art. 2, nos. 3 and 4. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, s. 4 (and, when it comes into force, Data Protection Act 2025, s. 3). USA: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(a).

3. What data we process

3.1 If you only visit the website

• Your IP address and approximate location. We use them for security and to apply each country's restrictions. Our own server works out the approximate country and city with a database we keep on it (DB-IP Lite): your IP is not sent to anyone for this. If you do not have an account, the city is not stored.
• Technical cookies. They keep your session and remember your language and your cookie choice (see the Cookie Policy). Google Analytics only works if you accept it.
• Google reCAPTCHA. In the sign-up, login, contact, password recovery and support forms (on the home page, when you are about to press a login button), Google receives your IP and data from your browser to detect bots.
• Typefaces and libraries. They are served from our own domain: loading them does not connect your browser to anyone else.
• Contact form. Name, email, subject, message, IP, browser and language, and whether your email belongs to a registered account.
• The legal basis. On your first visit we show you a short notice of what we process when you browse, with the link to this policy. In Colombia, continuing to use the website after seeing it is unequivocal conduct that authorises this technical processing (Decree 1377, art. 7); in the EU, the basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the site (GDPR, art. 6.1, letter f). We do not use it for anything else.

3.2 If you are a client

3.3 If you are a model

We do not collect your precise location: only the city you choose for your profile.

3.4 Data you do not give us

• The ratings other people give.
• The approximate country calculated from your IP.
• Security alerts and recognised devices.
• The decision to approve or reject your application after the official checks (models only, §3.3).
• The client status, calculated from what you spend each month (§3.2): you see it in your panel, with what you still need for the next one. The administration team can raise it, with a reason that is recorded, but never set it below the one your spending gives you.
• The client score, from 0 to 100, calculated from the ratings models give you and the tips paid through the platform; cancelling a booking after changing it twice counts as the worst rating. It is not shown in your panel: it is seen by the administration team and the model holding your request or booking, from three ratings onwards. If you ask for it in writing (§11), we give you your score and how it was calculated.
• The segments, only if you accepted commercial emails (§3.2 and §6.2).
• The interest profile, calculated only if you ticked the optional box for personalised recommendations (§6.1).
• The approximate city you connect from, calculated from your IP, only if you ticked that same box (§6.1).

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 12, letter a; Decree 1377, arts. 7 and 13, no. 2. EU: GDPR, arts. 6.1, letter f, 13.1, letters c and e, and 14 (data you do not give us, §3.4). USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a)(1); Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(1).

4. Sensitive data

This data is sensitive and receives reinforced protection:

• Sex life and sexual orientation: the services the model offers, her sexual orientation, her intimate features, her photos and videos and, for clients, searches, favourites, bookings (with the services you request in them), payments, messages and ratings. Also the very fact of having an account.
• Intimate characteristics of the body (pubic hair, nipples, genital characteristics, ejaculation, anal experience, intimate piercings).
• Ethnic origin and the physical features that may reveal it, such as skin tone and the origin of the hair.
• Interest profile (§6), because it infers sexual preferences.
• Identity document and verification selfie. The selfie is compared by a person with the naked eye, not by an automatic facial recognition system. Although in some countries they are not sensitive data, we give all of them reinforced protection.
• Criminal and disciplinary records checked in official sources (models only): they are checked and not stored.
• Content of messages.
• Nude photos and videos (only from the model who chooses to upload them): voluntary and with her own express acceptance (the Terms for nude photos and videos); they are only shown inside the catalog to clients with a logged-in session, never in public areas, in search engines or as a profile photo.

No activity depends on you giving us sensitive data: all sensitive fields in the forms are optional. What your own use reveals (searches, favourites, bookings, messages) is inherent to the service you request, which is why we ask for your explicit authorisation to process it. Verifying the model's identity and age is mandatory to publish, because the law requires us to prevent a minor from being published (Law 679 of 2001 and Decree 769 of 2026 in Colombia; CJEU Russmedia): for it we offer two ways, the selfie or a video call with a member of the team.

To publish a profile, the stage name, the city, 6 photos, one rate and one service are enough; the rest is optional. Video is voluntary and is always treated as nude.

The face detection used to blur photos runs in your browser: the photo is not sent to third parties, only the library that performs the detection is downloaded.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 5, 6 and 12, letter b; Decree 1377, art. 6. EU: GDPR, art. 9.1 and 9.2, letters a and f, and recital 51; criminal records, art. 10. Panama: Law 81, arts. 4, no. 11, and 13. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ae) and §1798.121; Conn. Gen. Stat. §42-515. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, s. 2; Data Protection Act 2025, s. 35.

5. What we use your data for and on what basis

In the «EU» column, legal obligation (6.1.c) is only used when it is imposed by Union or Member State law (GDPR, art. 6.3). The «Panama / Bahamas» column applies the general bases of Law 81 of 2019, art. 6, and of the Data Protection Acts of 2003 (s. 6) and 2025 (ss. 6 and 35).

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 4, letters b and c, 9 and 10; Decree 1377, arts. 5 and 7. EU: GDPR, arts. 5.1, letter b, 6.1, 6.3 and 9.2. Panama: Law 81, art. 6. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, s. 6; Data Protection Act 2025, ss. 6 and 35.

6. Personalised recommendations and emails (optional)

There are two optional, separate boxes. Neither is pre-ticked, neither is needed to sign up or book, and each is switched on and withdrawn separately. The measurement of opens and clicks of the emails (§6.2) and the birthday greeting also have their own box.

6.1 Personalised recommendations on the website (interest profile)

If you tick the box «I want personalised recommendations on the website»:

• What we record. Your searches and filters, the profiles you view (model, city and region) and what you do on them, your favourites, the contacts you start, your bookings (and the included services you request in them), your payments (by amount band, not the exact amount), your ratings and your interest in models who travel; and the approximate city you connect from (at most once a day; we work it out from your IP, which we do not keep for this; if you entered your city in your profile, that one prevails). We record it on our server, from a single point, without the free text of your searches, and only while your consent is in force. If you do not tick it, we record nothing for this purpose.
• What we calculate. An interest profile: cities and regions, services, features, price range, travel, and the models you were in contact with and how you rated them. That profile can reveal your sexual preferences. We do not infer health data or use intimate features or ethnic origin.
• What for. To recommend new models and offers in your city and in the ones you frequent, the best rated ones and those who travel, in the «For you» block of your panel; and, only if you also ticked 6.2, to choose the models we send you by email.
• Who sees it. Only the administration team. You have the right to know it: ask for it and we give you a copy within 10 working days at most. Never the models or third parties. We do not use it for advertising outside the platform, to rank paid listings, to set prices, to block accounts or for any other decision about you.
• How long. Habits are kept for 12 months at most and the profile is recalculated every night from them. Each place you connect from is kept for up to 72 months after the last time you connected from there.
• How to withdraw it. With one click from your panel or from the unsubscribe page of any email. At that moment we stop recording your activity and delete your profile, your habits and the places you connected from. The withdrawal is signed and your account does not change at all.

6.2 Commercial emails

If you tick the box «I want to receive recommendations and commercial news by email»:

• What you receive. At most one a day, only during permitted hours, in your language, with a subject beginning with «Advertising», nothing explicit in the sender, subject or preview, and with one-click unsubscribe. If you also ticked 6.1, the email uses your profile; if not, it only includes news from your account's city, the same for everyone in that city.
• Measurement. Only if you also accept its own box, we measure whether you open these emails and which links you click, with our own pixel and redirect (no third-party services and without storing your IP or your browser), for sending statistics. Without that second yes, the emails carry no pixel.
• How to withdraw it. With one click on «Unsubscribe» at the bottom of each email, or with the switch in your panel. It takes effect immediately, is signed and your email goes onto our suppression list. It does not affect 6.1; the unsubscribe page offers to withdraw that too.

When the text of one of these boxes changes. From the moment the new version comes into force, your previous consent stops being valid: if the text of 6.1 changes, recording stops and that same night your habits and your profile are deleted; if the text of 6.2 changes, sending stops. At your next login we ask you only once, with the box unticked; if you do not tick it, it stays withdrawn. If you live in the Bahamas, we do not ask you again: you switch it back on yourself from your panel if you want (§17.4).

Your right to object. You can object at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge, to our use of your data for marketing, including the interest profile. One click on «Unsubscribe» at the bottom of each email, or the switch in your panel, is enough. (This box is kept separate from the rest of the text, as required by GDPR, art. 21.4.)

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 2300 of 2023, arts. 3 and 5; Decree 1074 of 2015, arts. 2.2.2.25.2.3 and 2.2.2.25.2.4. EU: Directive 2002/58/EC, arts. 5.3 and 13; GDPR, arts. 6.1, letter a, 7.2 to 7.4, 9.2, letter a, 21.2 to 21.4 and 22. Panama: Law 51 of 2008, arts. 85 and 86; Law 81, art. 27. USA: 15 U.S.C. §7704 (CAN-SPAM). Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2025, s. 37.

7. Who else receives your data

7.1 Other users

• Models see your nick and, in bookings, your profile photo if you have one, together with the booking details. The platform never shows models your email or your phone number. If the administration team has enabled direct contact on a profile and you decide to write to the model with its WhatsApp or Telegram button, she will see your number or your username, and that conversation takes place outside the platform.
• Clients see the model's public profile and, if the administration team has enabled it, her direct contact.
• Anyone who has not logged in and search engines see blurred copies of the photos, generated on our server; when logged in, the published photos are seen through signed links that expire.

7.2 Providers that process data on our behalf

The messages you write to a model through WhatsApp or Telegram are processed by those companies under their own terms: they are not our providers. We do not use external payment gateways: payments are made with a receipt within the platform. If that changes, this policy is updated and you are asked to accept it again.

7.3 Authorities, official sources and third parties with a legal right.

• Judges, prosecutors and police when they request it through legal channels, or in an emergency.
• NCMEC and the competent authorities when there are signs of child exploitation.
• In Colombia, a client who files a formal complaint may receive the model's name, document, address and phone numbers, because the law requires it of contact portals (Law 1480, art. 53). This data is never published.
• Official sources we check to verify models: National Police (criminal records) and Procuraduría (disciplinary records). They receive the document number when the check is made.

7.4 What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not hand it over for third-party advertising. We do not use advertising pixels.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 13 and 17; Decree 1074 of 2015, arts. 2.2.2.25.5.1 and 2.2.2.25.5.2 (transmission to processors); Law 1480 of 2011, art. 53 (contact portals). EU: GDPR, arts. 13.1, letter e, and 28. Panama: Executive Decree 285, art. 48. USA: 18 U.S.C. §2258A (reports to NCMEC); Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(d) (contracts with providers).

8. International transfers

Your data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider (§7.2) and processed by the providers in §7.2 in the countries indicated there.

• New Zealand (the seat). When we send data to a provider in another country, we do so with the safeguards required by principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 (comparable protection, by contract) or with your authorisation.
• Colombia. The USA and the EU are listed as adequate countries by the SIC; New Zealand, where Perfect Escorts is based, is not. By accepting this policy at sign-up you expressly authorise the transfer of your data to Perfect Escorts in New Zealand and to the providers in §7.2, and we have service contracts with them.
• Panama. We send data abroad with your consent, where the contract requires it or with contractual clauses (Law 81, art. 33). Sensitive data only leaves with your explicit authorisation (art. 13).
• Bahamas. With consent or under contract. We will review the contracts when the 2025 law comes into force.
• European Union. Transfers to US providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, if they are certified, or on standard contractual clauses; transfers to New Zealand, on its adequacy decision. You can ask for a copy of the safeguards.
• Encryption. Backups that leave our server are encrypted.

Legal basis. New Zealand: Privacy Act 2020, principle 12. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 26; Decree 1074 of 2015, arts. 2.2.2.25.5.1 and 2.2.2.25.5.2; SIC Single Circular, title V, chapter 3. EU: GDPR, arts. 44 to 49; Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework); Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 (standard contractual clauses). Panama: Law 81, arts. 13, 32 and 33; Executive Decree 285, arts. 46 to 53. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, s. 17; Data Protection Act 2025, ss. 52 to 56.

9. How long we keep your data

At the end of each period, the data is erased or anonymised. If you withdraw a consent, we stop using the data for that purpose. We only keep the proof of the signature.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 4, letter b; Decree 1377, arts. 9 and 11; Commercial Code, art. 60. EU: GDPR, arts. 5.1, letter e, 13.2, letter a, and 17.3, letters b and e. Panama: Executive Decree 285, art. 63. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100(a)(3).

9.1 The models' original copies

If you are a model, we keep, separately and apart from what is published:

• an unblurred copy of each photo you blur;
• the photos of your identity document;
• your verification selfie.

What for. To check your identity and that you are of legal age before publishing your profile; to correct the blurring if necessary (we let you know when we do, and the editor always works from the original); and to prove to an authority that the person published is the one who signed up, as a control and to prevent trafficking, exploitation and the involvement of minors.

Who sees them. Only the administration team, from its panel and with its session. They are never published, never seen by clients or other models, and they do not appear in your panel either. Each time a member of the team opens one, who did it and when is recorded. A copy of the approved document and selfie is kept encrypted in an evidence archive that cannot be changed or deleted.

Who they are handed to. Only to a competent public or administrative authority that requests them in the exercise of its legal functions, or by court order. To no one else. The law does not require a court order when a competent authority requests them in the exercise of its functions, which is why we do not promise you «only with a court order».

How long. While your account is active. When you close it, or if your application is rejected, the original unblurred photos are deleted after 30 days; the document and the selfie are kept encrypted for the limitation period of the legal actions in which they may serve as proof of your identity and age (in Colombia, up to 10 years), and then deleted.

Your rights over them. You can consult them (we tell you what we keep and give you a copy), ask for them to be corrected and ask for them to be erased. Erasure does not apply while there is a legal or contractual duty to keep them (for example, while your profile is published, or during the period in which an authority may request proof of your verification): in that case we explain it to you and keep them encrypted and blocked, with no other use.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 4, letters b, f and g, 10, letter a, 13, letter b, and 17, letter d; Decree 1377, art. 9 (erasure does not apply while there is a legal or contractual duty to keep); Law 679 of 2001 and Decree 769 of 2026 (age verification). EU: GDPR, arts. 6.1, letters c and f, 9.2, letter f, and 17.3, letters b and e. Panama: Law 81, arts. 15 to 18. USA: 18 U.S.C. §2257, to the extent applicable.

10. How we protect your data

• Passwords are stored as an irreversible fingerprint (hash), never in plain text.
• The document number, the date of birth and payout details are stored encrypted (AES-256), with the key outside the website.
• Documents, selfies and original photos are stored outside the public folder, and only an administration screen delivers them, with its session and recording each view.
• Anyone who has not logged in and search engines receive blurred copies with a signed name.
• Access depends on the role: the interest profile is only seen by the administration.
• There are login alerts from new devices and a temporary block after several failed attempts.
• The chat filters numbers and links.
• What you upload (photos, documents, attachments) is checked by its real type; images are re-encoded and lose their metadata (including location); PDFs are checked before being accepted; and everything is stored in isolation, out of public reach. We do not run an antivirus scan on files.
• We log account activity.
• If a breach poses a risk, we notify the competent authorities without delay and, where the law requires it, within 72 hours at most. We notify the people affected without undue delay, within the shortest period set by the applicable law (72 hours in Panama; 30 days at most in the USA), unless an authority asks us to delay it.

No system is infallible: we do not promise absolute security.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 4, letters g and h, and 17, letters d and n; SIC Single Circular, title V (incident notice within 15 working days). EU: GDPR, arts. 32 to 34. Panama: Executive Decree 285, arts. 37 and 38. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §§1798.81.5 and 1798.82. Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2025, s. 48 (when it comes into force).

11. Your rights and how to exercise them

Your rights:

• To know and access your data, including your interest profile if you have one.
• To rectify and update it.
• To erase it. You can close your account yourself from your panel (§9).
• To object; to marketing and profiling, unconditionally.
• To restrict processing.
• Portability: to receive your data in JSON or CSV.
• To withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.
• To ask for proof of your authorisations and download the texts you accepted.
• Not to be subject to solely automated decisions.
• To complain to the authority (§16).

How to exercise them:

• From the support in your panel or from the contact form on the website.
• We confirm that we have received your request and give you a number to follow it.
• We will check your identity so as not to hand your data to someone else.
• It is free.
• If you act through another person, we need their authorisation.
• We will never treat you worse for exercising your rights.

Time limits we set ourselves: the shortest of the applicable laws.

If we refuse your request, we explain why and how to complain. In the USA, you can also appeal from the same ticket or from the contact form on the website, stating «Appeal».

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 8, 14, 15 and 16; Decree 1377, art. 21 (free access). EU: GDPR, arts. 12 to 22. Panama: Law 81, arts. 15 to 18 and 21; Executive Decree 285, arts. 21 to 30. USA: Cal. Civ. Code §§1798.100 to 1798.130 (and §1798.125: no discrimination for exercising them). Bahamas: Data Protection Act 2003, ss. 8, 10 and 11.

12. Minors

The platform is only for people aged 18 or over, in every country. We verify the identity and age of each model before publishing her profile, with her document and a selfie or a video call. Clients declare that they are of legal age when signing. The pages carry the RTA label so that parental filters can block them.

If we detect a minor:

• we block the account;
• we keep only what is necessary to report it;
• we notify the competent authority;
• we erase the rest.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 7; Law 679 of 2001, arts. 7, 8 and 10; Criminal Code, art. 219A. EU: GDPR, art. 8; Directive 2011/36/EU. USA: 18 U.S.C. §§1591 and 2258A. Panama: Criminal Code, arts. 184 to 191.

13. Automated decisions

We do not take solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect you. The recommendations in §6 are suggestions. An automatic filter may block a chat message, and you can ask for a person to review it. The client status and score are calculated automatically: the status can only give you advantages (for example, more favourites), never take the service away from you; and the score decides nothing by itself: a person (the model or the administration team) looks at it before deciding.

Legal basis. EU: GDPR, arts. 13.2, letter f, and 22.

14. Cookies

The Cookie Policy explains them. If we use cookies that need your consent, you can change your choice at any time from «Cookie preferences», at the bottom of the pages.

Legal basis. EU: Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5.3. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 3 and 9. The details, in the Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to this policy

Each version has a number and an effective date, and it is never edited once published: a change always creates a new version.

• Any change creates a new version, which comes into force when we approve it. At your next login we show you what changes; to keep using your account you have to open the new text and sign it again. Your previous signature is kept: both remain. If you do not want to accept it, you can close your account from your panel or ask support for a copy of your data without accepting it.
• We also notify you of substantial changes by email before applying them.
• If the text of a marketing box you had switched on changes, what is said in §6 applies: from the moment it comes into force it stops (and, for recommendations, your habits and your profile are deleted that night), and at your next login we ask you only once. In the Bahamas we do not ask you again.
• You can download the version you accepted and consult the previous ones.

Legal basis. Colombia: Decree 1377, arts. 5 and 13 (substantial changes are communicated before they are applied); Decree 1074 of 2015, art. 2.2.2.25.2.2. EU: GDPR, art. 7.1 (being able to demonstrate each consent). USA: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(3); Colorado, 4 CCR 904-3, rule 7.08. Signing the new version: Law 527 of 1999, art. 7; 15 U.S.C. §7001 (E-SIGN).

16. Authorities you can complain to

Legal basis. New Zealand: Privacy Act 2020, part 5. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 16 and 19. EU: GDPR, art. 77. Panama: Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021. USA: 15 U.S.C. §45; Cal. Civ. Code §1798.199.10. Brazil: LGPD, arts. 18, §1, and 55-J. Mexico: LFPDPPP of 2025. Chile: Law 21.719. Peru: Law 29733 and Supreme Decree 016-2024-JUS. Ecuador: LOPDP. Argentina: Law 25.326, art. 29, and Decree 746/2017.

• English version, in plain language.

17.5 European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Legal basis. Colombia: Decree 1377, art. 13, no. 6. USA: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(4).

19. Language

This policy is offered in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The English version prevails: if there is any difference between the versions, the English text prevails, unless the law of your country provides otherwise. Each translation says so at the beginning. Your signature stores the exact version you were shown: in your language or, if there is no translation yet, in Spanish. The translation you signed counts as the information you received.

Legal basis. Colombia: Law 1480 of 2011 (consumer information in Spanish). Panama: Law 45 of 2007, art. 74, no. 9. EU: GDPR, art. 12.1, and recital 42.

Perfect Escorts Cookie Policy · Version 2026-10-26.3 · In force from 26 October 2026 · The English version prevails (E.5)

If there is any difference between the language versions, this English version prevails (E.5).

What they are. Small files or data that your browser stores and that the website reads later. This policy also covers the browser's local storage, the connections to third parties made when you use the website and the pixel in commercial emails.

Legal basis. EU: Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5.3 (storing or reading information on your device); EDPB Guidelines 2/2023. Colombia: Law 1581, arts. 3 and 9 (if the cookie identifies you, it is personal data and needs your authorisation). Panama: Law 81, arts. 6 and 8, no. 9; Executive Decree 285, art. 14. USA: Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(5) and (6).

E.1 Cookies we use

Legal basis. The necessary ones, without consent: Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5.3, second paragraph. Analytics, only with consent: the same art. 5.3 and GDPR, arts. 4.11, 6.1, letter a, and 7. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 9. Ad measurement, only with consent: Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5(3), and GDPR, art. 6(1)(a). United Kingdom: PECR, reg. 6 (ad measurement is not among the exceptions in Schedule A1; ICO guidance of April 2026). Brazil: LGPD, art. 7, I. Colombia: Law 1581, art. 9.

E.2 Browser storage (not cookies)

None of this data leaves your browser or is used to track you, except the error count in pe_err_js, which goes with your report only if you send it from «Something not working?».

Legal basis. Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5.3: it applies to any information stored on your device, not only to cookies.

E.3 Connections to third parties and the email pixel

When you use the website, your browser connects to these services and gives them your IP:

• Google reCAPTCHA (bot detection), only in the sign-up, login, contact, password recovery and support forms (on the home page, when you are about to press a login button).

Typefaces and the other libraries are served from our own domain. The approximate country (only when a country restriction has to be applied) is worked out by our server with our own database (DB-IP Lite), without sending your IP to anyone.

Commercial emails. If you turned on commercial emails and separately accepted the measurement of opens and clicks (Privacy Policy, §6.2), those emails carry our own open pixel and their links go through our own redirect, to know whether you open them and which links you click. There are no third parties, and we keep neither your IP nor your browser. Without that second «yes», commercial emails carry no pixel. Service emails (bookings, payments, security) never carry one.

We do not use advertising cookies, social network pixels, session recording or third-party chats.

Legal basis. GDPR, art. 13.1, letter e (recipients); Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 5.3 (the open pixel); Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(6) (third-party tracking).

E.4 How to accept, reject or change your choice

• While we only use the necessary cookies, there is nothing to accept and we show you no notice.
• If we use analytics, the first time you visit the notice offers Accept, Reject and Configure, with equal weight. Nothing is switched on. It appears on the public pages and in the panels until you choose, and it asks you again when this policy changes version.
• You can change your choice at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of the home page, the legal pages and the panels.
• If you reject or withdraw your consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and delete any _ga cookies.
• We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a rejection.
• You can also delete cookies from your browser.
• If you have an account, your choice is signed with the version of this policy.

Legal basis. GDPR, art. 7.3 (withdrawing is as easy as giving); CJEU, case C-673/17, Planet49 (nothing pre-ticked); Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, §7025 (preference signals such as Global Privacy Control); Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575(b)(5) (Do Not Track); Panama: Executive Decree 285, art. 19.

E.5 Language

This policy is offered in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The English version prevails: if there is any difference, the English text prevails.

Perfect Escorts Terms and Conditions Version 2026-10-26.4 · In force from 26 October 2026 · The English version prevails (§22).

If there is any difference between the language versions, this English version prevails (§22).

1. Who we are

Perfect Escorts is a platform based in New Zealand that provides its service in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is not directed at any other place: the service can only be used in the countries and cities where we publish profiles. If you are outside Latin America and the Caribbean, you alone are responsible for complying with the law of your country, where hiring or offering these services may be prohibited or a crime, and we may limit or close your account if your use breaks the law. For any matter: the contact form on the website or the support in your panel.

2. How these Terms are accepted

• They are accepted when you create your account, by ticking their box and typing the signature word, and again each time we publish a new version (§21).
• Browsing the website without an account does not mean accepting any contract. Anyone who does not accept them can see the public pages, but cannot create an account.
• Together with these Terms you sign the Privacy Notice, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy.
• If you are a model, you also sign the Terms for models, with what applies only to models. If they differ on anything, what the Terms for models say prevails for models.

3. What the platform is and what it is not

• Perfect Escorts is a platform for publishing profiles for dates between adults. Models publish their own profile, and clients search, save favourites, write, request bookings and rate.
• We are merely intermediaries: we put adults who freely decide to meet in contact with each other. In Colombia, the platform is a contact portal (Law 1480 of 2011, art. 53).
• What we do:
• we verify the age and identity of models before publishing them, and we review client accounts;
• we moderate photos, texts and ratings;
• we run the messaging and the booking requests, with their payments;
• we charge what is described in §11: the fee for the models' plans, our commission on each booking, our share of the tip and the surcharges in §12.
• What we do not do:
• we do not employ the models or anyone who publishes here;
• we do not recruit, train or promise income to anyone;
• we do not set anyone's rates, hours or city;
• we do not organise, pay for or book travel or accommodation;
• we do not provide the services that are advertised, nor do we take part in the meetings.
• What happens during a date is the responsibility of those who arrange it. Each person answers for their own acts and for complying with the law of the place where they are.
• We offer a closed list of services that each model may tick on their profile if they wish. Those of an intimate nature carry neutral names and only clients with an account see them: they never appear on the public pages or in search engines.

4. Who is who

• Client: the adult who searches and makes contact.
• Model: the adult who publishes their own profile.
• Administration team: the Perfect Escorts team that verifies, moderates and provides support.

No one may use a model account to manage other people's profiles.

5. Minimum age and verification

• The platform is only for people over 18, in every country, even where the age of majority is reached earlier.
• Every model account starts as pending. It is only published after a person from the team reviews their identity document and their verification selfie (or holds a video call with them) and, if the document is Colombian, checks their records with the National Police and the Office of the Inspector General (Procuraduría General de la Nación).
• Client accounts are also reviewed and approved by the administration team.
• We may ask for a new verification at any warning sign.
• Anyone who lies about their age or identity loses their account, and the case is reported to the authorities.

6. Your account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You undertake to:

• give true information and keep it up to date;
• look after your password and tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. We will review any action you say you did not take.

No agency or other person may open or manage anyone else's account.

7. What is forbidden

Everyone who uses the platform is forbidden from:

• a) any form of human trafficking, exploitation, pimping, inducement or coercion, and recruiting or enticing other people;
• b) any involvement of people under 18, and any content that suggests someone is a minor;
• c) publishing another person, or their photos or data, without their consent, and non-consensual or manipulated intimate images;
• d) sexually explicit content in photos, videos and texts;
• e) offering, requesting or agreeing to anything that is illegal in the place where it is done;
• f) harassing, threatening, assaulting or breaking what was agreed;
• g) using the platform for fraud or money laundering, or to get around the payments;
• h) extracting data from the platform automatically or in bulk, and copying profiles to publish them elsewhere;
• i) trying to get around the chat filter, getting into other people's accounts or attacking the system;
• j) fake or bought ratings.

Breaking these rules means the content is removed and, depending on how serious it is, the account is suspended or closed (§17). Anything that may be a crime is reported to the authorities (§16).

8. What is up to each model

Each model publishes their profile of their own free will, chooses which services to tick, sets their rates, availability and city, and may unpublish their profile whenever they wish. They answer for their own activity and for complying with the law of the place where they carry it out. The details are in the Terms for models, which each model signs in addition to these.

9. What is up to each client

To treat models with respect, keep to what was agreed, not press for what the model does not offer and not use the platform to contact anyone outside these conditions.

10. Bookings and contact

• The client requests the booking from the model's profile and accepts its conditions in a box. That acceptance is stored with the booking, together with the version of these Terms and that of the Privacy Notice.
• The model accepts or declines the request. The platform keeps the history of each booking.
• The platform does not show models the client's email or phone number.
• The platform chat between the client and the model only opens for a confirmed and paid booking, if the model's plan includes it and the administration team authorises it.
• Contact by WhatsApp or Telegram only appears on the profiles where the administration team has enabled it. If you use it, the model will see your number or your username, and that conversation takes place outside the platform.

11. Payments, deposits, commissions and plans

• Today payments are made by bank transfer, to the payment details the platform shows when you book: in Colombian pesos in Colombia and in US dollars in other countries. The receipt is uploaded on the platform itself and the administration team checks it. WhatsApp is not used for payments or receipts.
• Before paying you see a summary of what you are paying for, the amount and the conditions.
• The amounts:
• the deposit that secures the booking: at least 25 % of the total value of the service. If the commission agreed with the model is higher, the deposit is that commission, and if the booking is made more than 3 days in advance, 50 %;
• the deposit for behaviour or history (of the client or of the model): the administration team may ask for up to 200 % of the total value before approving the booking. Whatever exceeds the total value is a guarantee that is returned to the client when the service is completed, minus 1.99 % in transaction costs;
• our commission: 25 % of the total value of the service, unless otherwise agreed with the model. Whatever we collect above our commission belongs to the model and is transferred to them in the weekly settlement, minus 1.99 % in transaction costs;
• the models' plans: a monthly fee for publishing the profile (today, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Ultra). Their prices and what each one includes are published on the platform; the details are in the Terms for models;
• the tip is voluntary: 70 % goes to the model and 30 % to the platform.
• The appointment balance is the total value of the service minus the deposit: the client pays it directly to the model on the day of the appointment. The platform does not collect or hold it.
• The deadline for paying. A booking is paid up to 60 minutes before the appointment (the deadline the administration team sets in its rules). Only a paid booking takes up the model's schedule: one that is not paid in time expires on its own («expired without payment»), the slot becomes free and the client and the model are notified.
• The last-minute appointment. If the appointment is requested so close that this deadline arrives before the payment code expires (today, 15 minutes), the deposit is paid at that moment, within the code's time; otherwise the booking expires.
• The payment code. Each payment carries a reference code with its validity. A code that expires without a receipt is no longer valid and a new one is issued.
• Two bookings for the same slot. The one paid first goes first; if both are paid in the same minute, the one with the higher value. The other is left «not allocated» and the client gets back what they paid (§12).
• Online payments by card or other gateways are not active. If we activate them, we will publish a new version of these Terms.

12. Cancellations, refunds and withdrawal

• If the client cancels, they get back from the deposit what the reason they choose says (today: «I changed my mind» or «I found another option», nothing; «Schedule conflict» or «Financial issues», 50 %; «Personal emergency», 75 %; «Other reason», 25 %). What is not returned is shared between the model and the platform. There are two exceptions: after two changes to the booking, and in a booking made more than 3 days in advance (the one with the 50 % deposit), cancelling gives no right to a refund. What is returned to them by bank transfer arrives minus 1.99 % in transaction costs.
• If the client does not show up, the model records it and there is no refund.
• If the model cancels, or the administration team cancels for a reason that does not depend on the client (for example, the model is not available, the booking is a duplicate or there was a system error), or the booking is left «not allocated», the client gets back everything they paid: the deposit, the tip and, if there were changes, their surcharges. Within 7 days they can choose between a refund by bank transfer or a credit for another booking (valid for 7 days). If they do not choose within that period, that money is no longer refunded. If they choose the refund by bank transfer, its transaction costs are borne by the platform.
• If the administration team cancels for a reason that depends on the client (fraud, a fake payment, a breach of these Terms, or not completing before the booking time the identity verification they were asked for), there is no refund. If it cancels when resolving a dispute, 50 % is refunded (today).
• Changes to a confirmed booking (date, time, service or place) are requested up to 3 hours before the appointment, at most two per booking, and the administration team always confirms them. Moving the date or time costs a surcharge of 10 % (the first change) or 20 % (the second) of the previous total value; switching to a cheaper service, a 3 % brokerage fee; switching to a more expensive one, the difference in the deposit. If the model proposes the change, the client pays nothing and does not use up either of their two changes.
• The guarantee (what was paid above the total value of the service) is returned by bank transfer when the service is completed, minus 1.99 % in transaction costs. Money that arrives for a booking that has already been cancelled, or that expired because it was not paid in time, is held pending refund, and the administration team refunds it or, if there is a reason under these rules, keeps it. If the booking expired without anyone cancelling it, what is returned by bank transfer arrives minus 1.99 % in transaction costs.
• Refund requests are handled through the platform and are recorded.
• In Colombia, in addition: the right of withdrawal of 5 business days in distance sales, except for services that have already begun with the consumer's agreement (Law 1480 of 2011, art. 47); the refund of the money within 15 calendar days at most; and the reversal of the payment in the cases and with the means of payment provided for in art. 51 of the same law.
• These rules do not limit the rights that the consumer protection law of your country gives you.

13. Photos, videos and content

• Each model's photos and videos belong to them; we show them with the permission they give us in the Terms for models, and only while their profile is published.
• Every photo is reviewed before it is published.
• People without an account, and search engines, only see blurred copies made on our server. The original photos are never public.
• We cannot guarantee that no one will copy an image they saw on screen, but we act against the copies that are reported to us.

14. Messaging

• The chat filters phone numbers, email addresses and links, and keeps blocked messages, with their content, to detect abuse.
• The administration team may read a conversation only for the safety of users; to prevent trafficking, exploitation or fraud; or to deal with a report or a request from an authority. Every reading is recorded.

15. Ratings

• Only the client and the model of a completed booking can rate, once each and within the following 72 hours (the period set by the administration team).
• Ratings are moderated by the same criteria, whether they are positive or negative.
• The administration team does not write ratings or change their stars. It may reply to them publicly and, when moderating them, remove or correct in their text whatever breaks these Terms (personal data, insults or illegal content). Every change is recorded.
• You can report a rating from the rating itself.

16. Reports, moderation and removal of content

• Anyone, with or without an account, can report a profile, a photo, a message or a rating: a possible minor, possible trafficking or coercion, an image published without consent, impersonation or other illegal content. This is done from the contact form on the website, choosing the reason «Report abuse», or from the support in your panel. Reports are handled with priority.
• Time limits:
• intimate images published without consent: we remove them within 48 hours at most;
• all other reports: we resolve them within 7 business days at most.
• Every removal or suspension is communicated with its reasons, and it can be challenged.
• When there are signs of a crime against a person's life, freedom or integrity, or of the exploitation of minors, we notify the competent authority: the Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía) or the Police in Colombia and in Panama, NCMEC in the United States and the Royal Bahamas Police Force in the Bahamas. The reporting channels in Colombia are in the notice in §24.

17. Suspension and closure of accounts

• We may suspend or close an account for breaking these Terms, by order of an authority or when there are well-founded signs that it is being used to commit crimes against other people (against minors, trafficking or fraud). We will tell you the reason, you will be able to challenge it and we will refund what you paid for services you did not receive.
• You can close your account whenever you want, as easily as you opened it: from your panel, under Security → “Close my account”, with your password. We will send you an email to confirm it, and for 30 days you can come back. If you have a booking, a payment or a balance pending, you must settle it first. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Notice (point 5 bis) and in the Processing Policy (§9).

18. Liability

• We are liable for what depends on us: the operation of the platform, the security of your data and compliance with these Terms.
• We are not liable for what clients or models do outside the platform, in particular during a date (§3), unless the law provides otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

19. Intellectual property

The brand, the design and the software of the platform belong to Perfect Escorts. Each person's content belongs to them (§13). If you believe something published here infringes your copyright, write to us using the contact form on the website or the support in your panel with the link to the content and proof of your rights, and we will review it within the time limits in §16.

20. Electronic signature, electronic records and copy of what you accepted

• Ticking the box and typing the signature word, with your session or sign-up in progress, is your electronic signature and the expression of your will. In Colombia, as it meets the requirements of Decree 2364 of 2012 (now in Decree 1074 of 2015, arts. 2.2.2.47.3 to 2.2.2.47.5 and 2.2.2.47.7), it has the same effects as a handwritten signature. In other countries it is not denied legal effect or value as evidence because it is electronic (in Panama, Law 51 of 2008, amended by Law 82 of 2012; in the United States, 15 U.S.C. §7001(a) and UETA §7; in the Bahamas, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2003, s. 9), and its weight as evidence is assessed according to its reliability.
• We keep the exact text you saw, its version, its fingerprint, the date and time, and the technical data of the submission.
• Each document can be opened at any time from the links in the sign-up and at the foot of the pages. Each one shows its version and its fingerprint, and the link to read the exact text. If you need the text of an earlier version you signed, ask for it using the contact form on the website or the support in your panel and we will get it to you.
• You agree to receive these records and notices electronically. You can ask us for a paper copy, and withdraw this consent by closing your account. You need an up-to-date browser and an email address that works.

21. Changes to these Terms

We only change them for a reason that we explain to you. Each change is a new version, and the previous one is never edited. We show it to you the next time you log in, with what changes; if you do not accept it, you can download your data and close your account without accepting it, and we will refund the unused part of what you paid in advance. We never take a change as accepted simply because you keep using the platform.

22. Applicable law, jurisdiction and language

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are resolved before the courts of New Zealand. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection that the laws of your country of residence give you and the right to go to its authorities and courts.
• These Terms are offered in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The English version prevails: if there is any difference, the English prevails, unless the consumer protection law of your country provides otherwise.

23. Contact, requests, complaints and claims

• Requests, complaints and claims: the contact form on the website or the support in your panel. We reply within the time limits set by the law of your country; reports, within those in §16.
• That form is our point of contact for users and for the authorities.

24. Notice under Law 679 of 2001 (Colombia)

Perfect Escorts rejects and reports the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any sexual abuse of children and adolescents, which Colombia punishes under criminal and administrative law (Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009). Report it: in Colombia, ICBF line 141, Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía) line 122 or teprotejo.org; in another country, to its authorities.

This notice is also on the legal pages of the site.

Version 2026-10-26.1 · In force from 26 October 2026 · The SHA-256 fingerprint of this text is shown at the foot of its page.

I consent to the processing of my sensitive and biometric data. I expressly, freely and knowingly authorise Perfect Escorts to process my sensitive data: what my use of the platform may reveal about my sex life (my listings, bookings, messages and preferences) and, when I provide them, my biometric data (my selfie and the photo of my ID), only to provide the service, verify that I am of legal age and who I say I am, prevent fraud and impersonation, and comply with the law. I understand I am not obliged to consent to the processing of sensitive data, but that without it the account cannot be created or kept, because the service involves it. My ID number and date of birth are stored encrypted, and a copy of my ID and selfie is kept in an encrypted evidence archive; only authorised staff have access, and the data are never sold or shared for advertising and never published without my permission. I may withdraw this consent and exercise my rights at any time from the support in my account or the contact form on the website; withdrawal does not affect prior processing, and the data the law requires to be kept (age and identity verification, for legal defence and the authorities) are kept encrypted and restricted for as long as the law requires. If I am a model: my ID and selfie are also used to verify my age and identity before my profile is published and to respond to lawful requests from the authorities. If I am a client: my selfie and my ID are only requested to recover my account if I lose access to my email, or if the administration team needs to verify my age or identity.
